We have been coming to The Mitten starting the first week they opened. Always have had good service, and good food and drinks. This has to be one of our favorite places in Grand Rapids.
We always stop here while in Grand Rapids! It’s a must!
had a group of sixteen in the middle afternoon and even though they were busy they got us in. excellent service and even better beer. order a pizza, it does not disappoint

Very poor and slow customer service. Waited over an hour for our food. Staff never updated us. Would not recommend at all.
