The Miranda team home inspectors provided quick and flexible scheduling, which was helpful. At the time of the inspection, we were shown every nook and cranny around the condo. All the given information was useful! We were given future recommendations on what and when to check or replace things. The inspection report was provided the next day, which was impressive. Overall, we were highly satisfied with our inspection and recommend them to all of our family and friends.

Had my home inspection this morning done by Marco and I was super impressed on how well he explained EVERYTHING top to bottom inside and out on the aspect of the home I am purchasing. I am a 19 year carpenter and still he explained to me things about this home I would have never known to look for or be aware of.
