Roaches! The apartment building is old and overpriced, but the real biggest problem is cockroaches. After initially discovering the problem, we called management, and they claim to have fixed it, but in reality we have just as many as before. USC students beware- do not rent an apartment here! The last thing you want to deal with during midterms or finals is a roach infestation.
Mirage Outdated and overpriced. I live here because it is close to where I go to college... but for an outdated apartment which doesn't even have air conditioning in the bedroom. It's 1800 for one room! Crazy
