I’ve stayed here for about a year and it’s true it’s the worst trashiest nastiest apts in ftworth. DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!! Don’t waste your money
DO NOT MOVE HERE! My family and I have been here almost a year it’s been terrible there has been break ins, fires, roaches, molds, cover ups, maintenance doesn't do their jobs and management doesn’t do anything and they don’t be in the office EVER! I have mold in my bathrooms because of the ceilings has been leaking since we’ve moved here. My kids and I never get any rest because of our noisy neighbors constantly stomping late nights and early mornings it sounds like they about to fall in we hear cracks every time they walk.... read more

This is a really unsafe property the management is great but the lights do not work in the night time so it's really dark at night tons of water leaks and lots of homeless people breaking into the vacant units and living like they have a lease, this place do not pay their bills they will have you without heat and hot water, your apartment will be broken into a soon as you go to work atleast twice a week cause their is no security but they do have security gates they just don't work, and tons of trash by the dumpsters cause t... read more
