I had a very disappointing experience with this firm. My consultation was scheduled for 1:00 p.m., but no one called me. I had to call the office myself, and when I did, they didn’t even remember my appointment. About 15 minutes later, I finally received a call from someone who sounded like they were sleep. They was completely unprepared and uninterested. He had no knowledge of my case, rushed me off the phone, talked over me, and told me I didn’t have a case—without even hearing the full story. Very professional
Was assigned to this law firm to assist us with a diminished value and time lost claim that safeco denied to pay. Poor communication throughout the entire process. Informed the firm multiple times I was the point of contact for this case and they kept trying to contact my partner. Was only ever able to speak to his assistants after our initial conversation. They told me they sent 3 certified letters to safeco but I have nothing to verify that and was never copied on any email communications. I provided all the contacts I had... read more
