Nice looking property but way over priced for it's location. It also has way too many maintenance issues for a fairly new property. Every day it's something new, the fire alarm, plumbing, etc. and management or their workers will walk into the apartments if tenants are not home. No real privacy at all. Literally everyone has the key fobs with access and hallways don't have cameras. The highway noise is insane, you can feel the cars and trucks when sitting on your couch. Moving here from Manhattan, I am glad that I call the Millennia home. The building has airy open space and it’s clean. The atrium will be an oasis in the cold days. The staffs are all very friendly, and responsive to my requests. I really appreciate the management team, Elaine and Hannah,make the move-in a breeze. From the application to furniture delivery, they handle it professionally and efficiently.
We lived 13 months at the Millennia with my spouse and our baby in a 2 Bedroom Apt. The apartments are clean and spacious and the building has great amenities. We also really appreciated all the staff that is very friendly.
Absolutely so rude. I was visiting and I was trying to park infront of the building (I’m 7 months pregnant) and they said I couldn’t park here at all. ITS STREET PARKING. No signs saying I couldn’t park here. I had to drive 4 blocks away to park in 90 degree heat just to walk back to this building. Disrespectful and awful. SHAME ON YOUR STAFF.
Had the pleasure to work with Hannah in coordinating taking photos for The Millenia.. All the staff was super nice and helpful, Hannah made it very easy as the units and common areas looked great when I arrived which led to some nice photos.
