Facilities are not bad but the rate of theft is HIGH! Package security is none existent! I have lost ~$950 worth of packages at this property over the course of 4 months… Management constantly responds by asking residents to avoid letting strangers in as if it is not they did not place a rack for packages in a high traffic area. Management has yet to offer any real solutions or assistance. I’m genuinely tired of losing money and constantly filing disputes. I just toured this place and love it! The layout is really open with great finishes. I was a little concerned after reading the reviews but I didn’t notice any problems outside with trash or anything else.
I've been here for 2 years. Best place in the area - price, unit size and amenities. Super safe and so convenient to amazing restaurants and bars.
