It is out of hand. This is my second review- you can find the first one below. Management told me to contact them concerning recent package thefts but they have not responded to my concerns in over 3 months. Packages are still being stolen and nothing is being done about it. This management has placed the mail room in a location where package deliverers cannot access even if they wanted to. Amazon and other shipping services do not have access to the package room so they resort to leaving packages at the front door. Manageme... read more
Management here DOES NOT CARE. Trash everywhere, incinerator does not open, PACKAGES GET STOLEN daily and they do NOTHING about it. Most recent is reports to fix things in the apartment goes MONTHS with no maintenance. GOD FORBID YOU HAVE AN EMERGENCY in the apartment that needs fixing: GOOD LUCK!!! DO NOT RENT HERE. Also, when packages get stolen, they blame tenants instead of doing something about it. Take a look at the response to Colton in the reviews. Just SAD. Showing footage DOES NOT SOLVE THE PROBLEM!!!
⸻ I’ve loved living here so far! I originally came to see the apartment with a friend who was looking to move, but I ended up signing a lease before she did. A few months later, another friend of mine moved in too. One of my favorite amenities is the dog park — it’s especially useful during the winter and on days when I don’t have time for longer walks with my puppy. The price is great for the amount of space I have. Overall, I’m very happy with my decision to move here!
ROACHES now, PET FECES, DISGUSTING TRASH ROOMS, HOMELESS people sleeping outside and extra tenants sleeping in hallways, PACKAGES STOLEN ALL THE TIME, MANAGEMENT IS NEVER ON PROPERTY, NO SECURITY ANYONE CAN LITERALLY ENTER, STEAL, SLEEP, AND DO WHATEVER. Management literally does not care and continue to show it, crazy part is this property was very nice, quiet, and clean about 2 years ago when it was newer, now it seems anyone has moved here, or more like anyone has started to enter.
