I just started as a saute chef an really enjoy it. The foods fresh a hundred percent scratch kitchen . The chef's are great . I'm looking forward to learning an gaining as much knowledge as I can. Great place to eat ! Come visit it'll be worth the experience..

Had lunch this week at The Mill and it was great. Tried the Mill Mule it was fabulous. We will be coming back.
The atmosphere was very rustic, relaxing and inviting. My Salmon was excellent. I would recommend The Mill for an enjoyable dining experience.
The food was awesome and the service was second to none. Not to mention it was just a cool place.

Chef Nicholas prepared two delicious vegan dishes for me today. He visited our table and discussed what he might prepare for me. The broccolini appetizer was drizzled with a mustard vinagrette and sprinkled with crushed peanuts. Beautiful to look at and delicious to eat! My main course was quinoa, assorted roasted mushrooms, kale, black beans, baby carrots and sliced red peppers! It was amazing! Chef Nicholas thoughtfully prepared the best vegan dish I have ever enjoyed in a restaurant.
A HUGE thank you to the fabulous owners, chefs, and staff of The Mill for making our wedding brunch a success. The food was delicious, the service was excellent, and the ambiance was just perfect! Special thanks to Chef Joe Mishler and Sabrina Derr for coordinating details with me!
