The management and staff are not trained appropriately, and there was lack of communication when I booked a reservation 2 months in advance for 15+ people. Since we had kids with us, I asked for a PRIVATE room on the main floor due to us being noisy. They gave us the basement floor that we shared with 5+ other parties. They gave us 1 hour 45 min for dinner (unheard of), which I was made aware of before I could even put my sons diaper bag down, so they could seat the next party. Our first visit to the Mill was phenomenal! We enjoyed everything from the food to the service to the great entertainment of Darcie Miner! We will be back!
We made reservations over a week ago for Easter and they called and said they couldn't accommodate. I worked in food service for more than 10 years -- that's just ridiculous. WILL NOT RETURN.
Really enjoyed our meals as well as the atmosphere. I would definitely recommend as well as go again. The crab cakes were stuffed with crab and the burgers were excellent!
