They were a little under staffed for the Guns-Roses concert being in town. That said, the meal and service were great! The brisket entree and peanut butter pie were both terrific!
Our first time here, stopped for lunch. I got the salmon wrap and it was very good, my husband got the brisket and it was very good also. The fries that came with the brisket were sub par. Seemed just like frozen fries and they were soggy and greasy. Had the vegetable soup and it was delicious. Our waitress, Amanda did a good job. The atmosphere was very nice, but found bit on the pricey side.
We went at 4:30, so before the heavy traffic. It's a nicely-redone barn, but the floors and ceilings are bare, and once it fills up, all the conversation reverberates. It was my birthday, so I wanted something special: the crab cakes were recommended. They were well-cooked, and had minimal filler, but missing something special: say 8/10. My spouse had Grilled Nectarines Salad: it was tasty and attractive, but the nectarines were barely grilled and almost raw. The brisket was so good! Steak and potatoes were great! Good drinks! The Cherry Bread Pudding for Dessert is a must!!! Our waiter was Chad and he was awesome!!! Perfect music in the background. Definitely recommend The Mill!!!! Great experience.

My husband and I went there last night for his birthday. It was our first time, but it won't be our last!! The atmosphere, food & service were all impeccable!! We LOVED. Every thing about The Mill!! Thank you for such a great evening!! We look forward to our next dining experience with you!!
Chicken and waffles were amazing. As was brisket. Great place to check out.
