RecommendedWe always look forward to coming to The Mill once a year when we visit Hershey. It’s a beautiful space and the renovation is done to an amazing level. The Mill in Hershey is truly wonderful. We were just there for their event Rosé All Day under the direction of their new Events and Banquet Coordinator, Richie. It was wonderfully executed, the entertainment by Lucille was amazing and all of the rosé and food pairings exceeded expectations. I have eaten here and the food is delicious, the service is great, and the overall atmosphere is exactly what you want. Word of advice, if they host another tasting event, do it. I promise you won’t be disappointed.

Most delicious brisket we've ever had! Atmosphere was so beautiful and the service was phenomenal! We will definitely be back on out next trip to Hershey!
We came here for our anniversary dinner while on vacation from NY and we weren’t disappointed. Excellent service, friendly staff, amazing drinks, and even better food! We honestly had nothing negative to say about The Mill! We’re planning to return the next time we’re in town.

I had the brisket burger with a side of bacon jam that was out of this world!! Highly recommend the Mill if you are in the area!
