I can't remember the last time (if ever) I met such a vibrant and talented staff. We had never been to The Mill before this weekend. Amy greeted us with warmth, humor, and bartending skills on Friday night, introducing us to some of her work friends. Amazing Valentine’s Day dinner. Brisket was delicious and the scallops were perfect sear. Romantic downstairs by the fire seating. The serving size was very big.
