I've been with The Mike Way for about 4 years. Recently I had to take about a year off due to a hip injury and ended up needing hip surgery in December after following my doctor's 8 week plan of recovery to get off crutches I combined their P.T. with The Mike Way and the P.T. says he has never seen anyone improve as quickly as I have with this type of surgery.
