He knows exactly how to push you to do better while ensuring you never injure yourself. I’ve never felt stronger or more confident in my workouts. I've been with The Mike Way for about 4 years. Recently I had to take about a year off due to a hip injury and ended up needing hip surgery in December after following my doctor's 8 week plan of recovery to get off crutches I combined their P.T. with The Mike Way and the P.T. says he has never seen anyone improve as quickly as I have with this type of surgery.
