Just got a cold call from this guy, which is super annoying. I’m on the do not call list for a reason. Don’t know much about his skills a realtor but if he has to resort to cold calling, probably not great.
Mike Francis is simply the best! Always goes above and beyond. This is the guy you want to help you buy or sell a home. Mike you rock!

They talked (she said a very good talk) and told him things he should or could have done to make him not just a good listing agent, but an overall outstanding agent and through extreme diligence and the sale will be closed next month.
