Their mistakes made me have FIVE extra minor surgeries in their office, each time promising it would be the last. Fishing in my open wounds, not knowing what they're doing. THIS PLACE IS HELL. AVOID! RUN!
I have visited this office multiple times and every time my weight is from 45 minutes to an hour before I enter their office. I consider my time to be valuable as well. I have left this office twice with the same issue and I have been canceled once with a similar issue. I do not recommend this office in anyway please find a different doctor.
Dr. Orbay and Physical Therapist Charleen helped me tremendously in fixing my torn labrum. Their staff is incredibly knowledgeable and caring. Incredible experience!
I was expecting to be there a long time as other reviews have stated. I was in and out very quickly. Maybe the other reviews are old.
Dr. Giovani Cappelleti and his staff are extremely professional, friendly and most importantly, they all have a sense of urgency. Office visits are always prompt and my complicated elbow surgery was perfectly done in this competent surgeon’s hands. Follow-up and bandage changes 2 days later; they all stay on top of your progress. I would highly recommend Dr. Cappelleti for the very best go-to surgeon for hands and/or upper extremities. Very efficient and knowledgeable.
