Best bar in Houston! – The Mezz is simply the best bar in Houston. They have great drink specials every night of the week and offer a variety of fun activities each month. Trivia Tuesdays are a blast (and how often do you go out and get a free shot just for playing?!) and their theme parties are always a good time. Best Lounge in the city! – My absolute favorite bar to go to. I love the friendly staff and great alcohol choices. Sometimes hard to find a parking spot, so get there early! They work hard to get all the major sporting events up for everyone to see. My first choice when deciding to go out!
i WILL go on fight night and any other night. – I can't believe the guy complains about having to buy a bottle of water. Good luck finding another bar in Houston that carried the fight, at the request of their loyal patrons no less, because most of the folks that come out to watch boxing quite frankly don't drink and leave right after the fight is over. Dont go on fight nites! – I was looking for a good sports bar yesterday to watch the mayweather and mosely fight. I searched and called about 6 places and found that Mezzanine had a cover of $15.00 which is good for a great boxing. We there early around 7:10pm and good a great seat. Then a large groups of drunks rowdy guys came in and were so loud that i could even her the sports on any of the 9 tv's. A cool spot to hang during the week! – I LOVE this place (upstairs) on Tuesday nights! My girlfriends and I call this our litte hideaway spot because most of our friends have never heard of it - and we like it that way :) On Tuesday nights you can enjoy "$2.50 you call it's" all night long and a lot of the songs they have in the jukebox took me WAY back...I'm talkin old school 80's carryin' a boombox on your shoulder gold chain and addidas rap!! Something for everyone – This is truly the classic example of a neighborhood pub where you can go and feel comfortable. You can see and get to know all ages, groups, etc. A wonderful blend of folks like to hang out here. The bartenders and management are just the friendliest!! Caution: If you are used to getting weak , watered down drinks at other places, you better go easy on the drinks at Mezz. They pour them plenty strong! The shot wheel is fun and Poker nights are great! Karioke is a hoot!
GREAT LOUNGE!!!! FALSE ADVERTISMENT!!!! – I was so excited to hear that the Mezzanine Lounge shows the game as well as the fights for free. It was to my dismay , when my boyfriend and I arrived we were charged a $7 cover charge. Not that $7 is expensive, but the online video was a fraud!!!! The Mezzanine Lounge is a great club and attracts many people, so for future references "DON'T FALSE ADVERTISE".

I am not sure how that phrasing slipped by me when I approved the info video, but I do apologize for the mistake in wording. We do not & have not ever charged a cover for UFC PPV events. However, we are contractually obligated to charge a cover for any Boxing PPV events that we purchase.
Best place to get out of the d**n traffic! – Wonderful staff, cool place to hang out. Reasonable prices and great food. Oh yeah, the drinks are awesome! Best of all - everyone is welcome.
