Needs Improvement I was living here for 5 years and just moved out a week ago. Pros: It’s a beautiful neighborhood with access to so many things. The building itself is nice. The apartments are big and spacious with nice hardwood floors. They are pet friendly. On-site laundry room with vending machine. The on-site maintenance team are the BEST. Great place to live!!! Love the location!!. Apts are huge and clean!! Building is clean!! Love the beautiful hardwood floors. You can walk to schools, shopping and restaurants. Manager is so helpful and friendly and she really cares and maintenance is always there same day. Great team!!! I highly recommend this building!!
Nice Maintanence Crew/ Leasing Members but old building with mice infestation The public spaces are well maintained despite the building's age. With that, I've realized that my unit is infested with mice AFTER ONLY 4 MONTHS OF LIVING HERE! At month 3 I had my run in with what I assumed to be only 1 mouse. Now in month 4, I have caught an additional 2 mice...on the same evening! No leasing office I recently moved out of this building and left because there was never no one in the leasing office and they would never return my calls When they did the leasing agent Lisa always seemed bothered to return my calls. Avoid if you can I'll agree with the prior review that building maintenance is always there and are responsive. When it comes to management, it is very disorganized and they are rarely there. Good luck getting them to ever return your phone calls or e-mails, it's rare to never. Despite the numerous hours posted, they are in the office for at most half the time. Everyone is so helpful I just recently moved in and everyone has been so helpful since I've come. Building maintenance is always there to help 24/7 and any problems are always solved by the property manager. She knows me by name and makes sure to look out for me since she knows I'm new.
