A Great Place to Live No issues. All problems were addressed. All things that broke were fixed asap. It is a nice quiet spot to live in. Pet friendly.
I LOVE IT & Recommend Coming My 2cd week living here; I love it and very comfortable so far. Great place to live!! I have nothing but good things to say. I have lived here for three years and have had a great experience. Management is extremely responsive and punctual with all requests. I lived on the top floor and had a perfect view of the parking lot and sunsets which I appreciated. 10/10!
Do not move in. Horrible Horrible. Bad air units that freeze during cold weather (leaving u freezing during the winter) , thin floors, etc. rent goes up $150 at a time for your lease renewal. Don’t take a unit above the maintenance basement because you will regret it. And they don’t tell you this before you move in. The cherry on top is getting charged for ridiculous reasons when you move out . Ex: $50 to “clean” the refrigerator. Total over $1000 so don’t expect your deposit back
DO NOT LIVE HERE This is my first time ever leaving a review like this because I want to warn others how AWFUL this place is. The heating / cooling systems do not work and maintenance will come and just tell you there’s nothing they can do. My boyfriend and I recently moved out 2 months ago and our security deposit is being illegally held from us. Needs Improvement I was living here for 5 years and just moved out a week ago. Pros: It’s a beautiful neighborhood with access to so many things. The building itself is nice. The apartments are big and spacious with nice hardwood floors. They are pet friendly. On-site laundry room with vending machine. The on-site maintenance team are the BEST. I love living here!! I have been here for almost a year now and I will be staying for a long time. Everything is so well maintained and the property is beautiful. Cheri in the office is always friendly & professional. She makes sure things get taken care of timely.
Great place to live!!! Love the location!!. Apts are huge and clean!! Building is clean!! Love the beautiful hardwood floors. You can walk to schools, shopping and restaurants. Manager is so helpful and friendly and she really cares and maintenance is always there same day. Great team!!! I highly recommend this building!!
Nice Maintanence Crew/ Leasing Members but old building with mice infestation The public spaces are well maintained despite the building's age. With that, I've realized that my unit is infested with mice AFTER ONLY 4 MONTHS OF LIVING HERE! At month 3 I had my run in with what I assumed to be only 1 mouse. Now in month 4, I have caught an additional 2 mice...on the same evening!
