Very rude office staff, maintenance is very slow, quality of apartments and prices are falsely advertised. NOT renewing.

The Metropolitan has been the best place I have ever lived. Quick service to fix anything that breaks, kind staff, and an amazing pool/workout room. There isn't a single thing that they won't try to help you with. This apartment has captured my heart. �
I love these apartments. We have lived here for a little less than a year and we have had an awesome experience. When you need something fixed maintenance is super quick about it. Don't let the niceness fool you! They are out to get you! When you start renting they say it's a 99 dollar deposit that covers up to 500 dollars in damages. Nobody tells you that you will have to pay that 500 dollars if there are damages. These apartments have been beautifully redone - everything is new, shiny and modern. The pool area is going to be great during the summer with new chairs, umbrellas, and a big grill. The property manager Sumaya and her staff are extremely professional and so friendly. They will go out of their way to help. Affordable too! I absolutely recommend this property.
Very spacious apartments. The staff was very helpful answering questions about the surrounding area.
I walked in this place one day when it was pouring own rain and the manager, I think her name was Sumaya, gave me a tour of the property in the rain. Most people would have said sorry, it's raining out, I can't give you a tour in the rain. She went above and beyond and showed multiple apartments to me. Sumaya had a fantastic attitude even though she was getting soaking wet and I will definitely be telling everyone I know that is looking for an apartment to come to the Metropolitan.
The ladies in the office are so nice. I like that the manager ladies come out of their offices to talk to you. I notice that their doors are always open. Its a good atmosphere.
