parking for starters they dont seem to care though
it's quiet, and the staff is friendly, property is well took care of
This place is unprofessional and dishonest. They lied about the apartment being smoke free which is the least of their deceptions. The did not honor the move out date which was in writing and in the lease. They charged three weeks beyond the lease date. If you want to throw your money away for a dump, this is your place! Zero stars
As many of the other reviews lack specifics, hopefully this will help those looking at the Metropolitan. Overall, the complex is mediocre The indoor/outdoor pool is a nice and well kept area, and the indoor portion is open 24 hours. It also contains a spin bike room that offers virtual classes, a cool and unique feature. I love my apartment here and I am happy to be so close to everything.
I needed to relocate quick. They went above and beyond to get me taken care of. Since move in I've had to call three times and all three times...amazing quick and efficient!! Staff is incredibly awesome to speak with and have had good vibes since moving in.
