As first time home buyers we were really impressed that Sharon Dixon was able to take our crazy list of ideas and wishes and find actual properties that matched. She made sure to only show us properties that were built contractors with great reputations. She spent several days with us looking at properties and researching all the houses I looked up on my own. Sharon wrote up 2 properties and one was done at 11:00 at night. Between her and my mortgage broker buying our first home was the easiest thing we have done.
