I had a very disappointing experience with this clinic regarding a payment and cancellation. I was charged $1,100, and the payment was processed several hours before I signed the clinic’s Terms and Conditions. Just had surgery on the 10th and I feel great! The attention from the consultation to the last visit to the clinic was 10/10. The team was very kind and everyone had answers for me despite their position. Dr. Mehio gave me sincere feedback during my pre-op on how I could achieve the overall look I was going and the sketching process was very informative to manage my expectations with my results. I had a really positive experience with the team here. Everyone was incredibly kind, understanding, and welcoming, and I truly appreciated how gracious they were. A special shoutout to the receptionist I spoke with, she was very sweet, professional, and understanding, and I’m genuinely grateful for how she handled everything.
