RecommendedI promised I would raise my rating of The Met if they would provide security of some kind...since they have made good on their promise to do that, I must now make good on mine! This is a beautiful complex with very nice apartment homes, huge swimming pool, great workout room and beautiful landscaping. Reggie and Tyrone have to be the most patient and capable maintenance guys ever. wEe are very happy here.
Beautiful apartment complex! The staff has been amazing. Blair has signed contracts with a full time security company and the Hattiesburg police department. Beautiful pool and workout room with billards and a movie room. Quiet apartments and a great neighbor watch group. Love living here.
Every week the crime gets worse here. I’m writing this because the management doesn’t keep the residents informed about any of it and they claim it’s a “hattiesburg problem” . The truth is the The Met needs better security and I hope they start taking this seriously because there are plenty of safer communities around town. The Met needs serious security measures put into place as there have been many break ins into apartments and cars lately. They also need to do better about notifying residents when crimes do occur. Right now, people do not feel safe in their own homes and it is the Met’s responsibility to rectify the situation by increasing police patrol, installing cameras and making it a gated community to deter criminals.
The apartments are gorgeous on the inside with really nice appliances. In addition, before we signed our lease, the staff was incredibly nice and accommodating. Safety has been a big concern in the area recently; however, the Met has finally hired police officers to patrol the complex nightly. This step has made us residents feel much more safe.
The Met has beautiful, spacious apartments with a modern style to it! The clubhouse and pool that come along with the apartments itself make the Met the place to be! The ladies and service guys that work there are awesome people and will help with anything you may need!
The Mets is a hidden gem! Me and my husband have only been living here for about 7 months now but we absolutely love it! The inside of our apartment has a lot of features that I’m wanting for my 1st house. Granite counter tops, walk in closets, etc.. the office staff is super friendly! I’m hoping we continue to enjoy it here as much as we do now!
