I love living at these apartments. The apartment grounds are always clean and the manager there is always nice. I since then have recommended this place to a friend and they now live here as well. The apartments are pet friendly and the office is always open, even on Saturdays. I am very happy to live here and recommend these apartments to everyone.
The structure of the apt is nice; however, the management is HORRIBLE. I couldn't agree more with collegeliving after reading his/her review! The property manager, Sheryl, is disrespectful, rude, lazy (she's 85% not at her office during the time the office is supposed to be available), and so FAKE (most of the time when she sees me on site, she always give me this f**k-off face look, but when she is with her client showing them the apartment, she would come up to me and greets me so friendly...gross!). The management is terrible here. The laundry room is suppose to be open at 8:00 a.m. every day, but on the weekends it is never open on time. We've also had issues with our apartment that never get fixed. Stay away from this place!
