I could not be more pleased with my choice to select the Met as my new home. I am so thouroghly impressed with the beautiful landscaping, the apartment upgrades, and the quite neighborhood. Just moved in and I couldn't be happier! The apartment is so nice as well as all the neighbors! The manager is such a friendly, kind-hearted, helpful person as well as her family. I feel safe here which is most important when it comes to your home. A great place to live!!!
You got to be kidding me with all the new fake reviews! How convient that so many "good" reviews were giving around the same time. I agree with the first two reviews. Before those good reviews The Met had a 2 star rating. I've had so many issues with this place and I am done. The staff is rude and nosey. The maintenance staff don't give a crap about personal property. I'll let you figure that out for yourself if you decide to move here. The MET is a great place to live! The units are upgraded with modern features- granite, nice floors, new paint and very clean. The grounds are also well maintained and it has great bbqs all around the complex. Management is friendly and quick to help when needed. It is by far the nicest complex in the area. I always feel completely safe and I would not live anywhere else.
I've lived at The Met for over 2 years. It's well run, clean and the people that live here are very friendly. Cheryl the manager is polite and helps the tenants when she can. This is truly a great place to live.
I have been a resident here for the past 16 years, Since the new owners and management company staff took over about three year, this property has never been better. The environment is safe, the apartment community looks great and is kept up! In addition I am always seeing the property upgrading. This is a great apartment complex. It's been newly remodeled and all the apartments have been upgraded with granite countertops and vinyl wood floors. The manager keeps the property clean and orderly. A great place to live.
I've lived here since may of 2012. Haven't had any problems. The place is kept clean and the manager takes care of my issues right away. This a nicely renovated complex. Best place in the neighborhood.
My wife and I and our 2 boys have been here at The Met for about 8 months now and we are very happy renters. I work right up the street so we looked for an apartment in this location for about 2 months. Obviously this UCR area isn't the nicest area in riverside but, from our searching we found The Met to be a comfortable living place that our 2 boys call home.
