This place is a total dump. Bug and rat infested. Very unprofessional and rude staff. Major water problems and leaks as well as LOTS of mold. Do not waste your time and money. They have increased the rent so for a little more there are plenty of better places to live in Knoxville. We could not get out soon enough
The staff is disrespectful to new renters and doesn’t communicate.As a young college student who was renting for the first time,my roommate and I tried multiple times to contact the office and figure out what steps were needed to insure that we could move out, receive our security deposit, and do a final walk-through. The very people that complain: 1 dont pay their rent on time 2 keep a nasty home to cause their own pest issues 3 cant follow policy in any form 4 dont like it when they get called out for any of the above 5 PERIOD! ^^^
Lovely, clean community. My mom has lived here going on 7 years and has never had any issues. Maintenance is great and the office staff is always very attentive! So happy my mom has people that she can depend on.
7 minutes ago THIS PLACE IS A ROACH FEST! I do not recommend bringing children into these nasty apartments nor would I recommend for any adult with any sort of taste to live here. For starters, the front desk is negligent about every issue you come across, and lord help you have an issue with anything because maintenance is practically non existent.
