Residing for 3 years let me highlight the pros the cons. Pros 1. Good location as it is close to stores, banks , gas stations freeways 2. In a good school district 3. Good club house and pool. 4. Greenery Cons The classic apartments are old which are being renovated . As they are old you have issues like 1. Appliance issues and maintenance issues. 2. We live here for more than a year, really love the apartment, the amenities especially the pool if you are interested in lap training. The apartment also offers a lot of green, and management team is really helpful. However, if you are in the lower floor, depend on how lucky you are with the neighbors upstairs, you might suffer to a lot of noise because of bad flooring system.
