I wouldn't give it a 1 either.i lived there 5 years and I knew when I moved in that it wasn't a good place but it was very affordable so I moved in anyway and just dealt with it.then a new owner bought it and fixed the apartment complex up and I thought "well since it's going to be straightened out I'll stay".but after about a month or 2 all the street people started pouring in,and it's been that way ever since.theres about 50 people live there not on the books rent free and here I was never missed a rent payment never late ... read more
Please don't put your family in this place!!!! I lived there for 9 years and nothing has gotten any better. The work they did was just a face lift. A bad face life. That place is never going to change. It needs to be torn down.
The no good manager Pamela Quinn picks people out whoever she wants and tell them they owe 1,748. In past rent but they really don't then she will evict them and take them to court and have her assistance manager go and tell the judge she is Pamela Quinn the manager she is not so she going to court under oath lieing i tried to pay my rent but Pamela would not accept it she kicked me out because i let my baby brother live with me and on 1/3/2024 so he was killed and the police didn't even investigate his murder they said he t... read more
