Just going to make this short and sweet. Just spoke to Christine the owner, about a gift card my wife had given me. Due to COVID, loss of a family member, and then I was battling cancer for my 3rd time in my life. Unfortunately while battling cancer, I wasn't able to make it within the 12 month window of the card expiring. I explained this to Christine that I was fighting for my life, and requested that the money already spent be honored. She again, told me that no matter the reason, the card expired in 12 months from issue.... read more
