I'd have to disagree with (Tee Marie's) Review, This has been a very safe community. In my opinion, the tenants make the property, and minus 1 or 2 undesirable we have great tenants in this community and everyone looks out for one another and the property as a whole.
Robbery at gun point (barrel of gun placed to forehead) as resident approached their own apartment door. Back parking area used by non-residents as a place to park & smoke weed. Several vehicles of tenants broken into, robbed of anything of value & vandalized. Just a few of the occurrences of Indian Summer Apt. living since April 2016.
