RecommendedMy son has lived at the Melrose for about a year and a half. The new management is great just like Mrs. Paula was. The lady that was there before this new management was rude so if you had a bad experience with her I promise you will not have it with the new management. They are super nice and do fun activities. I am so glad my son lives here. I feel like he is safe and if he needs something they are willing do help him. great place to live.
The Melrose Apartments has been a safe place for my daughter for the past year. The office staff is very professional and provides excellent customer service. They make sure all concerns are addressed appropriately and in a timely manner.
I love the place when I moved in..then new management took over...at first they were very friendly BUT not now...very smart mouth.. I enjoy living in my apartment..very spacious great neighborhood Wish they would have residence activities...that would be awesome...
Mrs. Paula is a super lady! First time meeting her and it felt like I had known her forever. Very kind and welcoming. Definitely will recommend Melrose to our friends!

This is a quiet community! I was worried when I realized that so many of the tenants are college students, but we have had zero noise problems. Any time an issue comes up and I inform management, they fix it as soon as possible, usually within a couple of hours unless parts need to be ordered. The grounds are beautiful and constantly maintained. My neighbors are friendly. Can't ask for more from an apartment community.
