If I can give a zero I would. When I needed it the most dr care I had vaginal bleeding they didn’t want me to come in the office because of my previous complaining to my Insurance . I change my insurance with Molina looking for the new primary doctor. I find this one. First visit was awful. Drama from this stuff about who’s gonna take the blood work. The stuff is very dramatic. I had a great time at The Medical Dock. I came in the office to try micro-needling for the first time and the staff was very welcoming. Lana was wonderful and helped me get set up. Dr. Zak was great and really broke down the process for me so I knew what to expect. My treatment wasn’t as painful and I thought it would be thanks to the numbing cream and Dr. Zak’a great care and Cyril’s assistance.
