Have been patients of doctor Vann for just under a year now and we are very happy with her . Very attentive to us and to the kids .
Seems like a lot of bad reviews are from Dr Jabeen leaving and people automatically assuming Dr Vann would take over because of what Dr Jabeen said. That's rather unfair to Dr Vann. I was put on the waiting list after Dr Jabeen left. I finally got Dr Vann and she has been absolutely amazing. I have never had a doctor or their staff be so kind to me and actually listen to me. Dr Vann has done more in the couple of months I've had her than some doctors I've seen for years.
Had a good experience with Dr. Jabeen besides the struggle in getting an appointment with her. However the administrative skills of the reception staff is disappointing. I can mention several incidents but I guess it's not worth it as we won't be visiting this clinic again.
