I love the Measuring Cup. It's a great place to buy quality cookware (and fun gadgets)! I appreciate they are open during hours that allow people with jobs to shop there.
Really disappointed in the customer service I received today at The Measuring Cup in Northfield, where the only question was "Do you have your receipt?" (Well, no, I don't generally keep receipts from Christmas gifts into April.) I was actually hoping they could help troubleshoot how I was using the equipment, but the conversation went right to "no receipt, nothing we can do for you." Which is the quickest way to make certain I'll never acquire a receipt from there again.
