There are things about the poor management all over the internet.Apparently they don't care about there tenants. I read where a mother was in hospital having a baby and they decided to throw her out while she was there not willing to Waite to collect her rent a few days.Research before you choose this dump...
I read where they wouldn't take a pregnant ladies rent voucher to pay her rent..poor management..DO NOT MOVE HERE
They aren't fair in how they hold residents accountable. Very one sided. Horrible customer service.
We have lived here for several years. Customer service keeps declining. Every month we get a notice that our renters insurance is not current when it has been paid in full. Office team is pleasant, but not always competent.
