Verified Renter It's a good starter home although maintenance has gone down hill in the past couple of months.Neighborhood not bad. Amenities decent. While I appreciate the transition to a smoke free community I didn't think that would include bbq grills as well.

Verified Renter We have an old bathroom renovation, the paint is completely peeling, and the faucet is constantly leaking and there is a puddle on the floor.

Verified Renter Maintenance coming in and out of the property could be better with service tickets and letting you know when a tech is arriving or has been to your property. Parking availability could be better as there are too many visitor spaces and not too many for the residents, therefore residents have to pay to park. The mailboxes are now outside and some of us work at night so walking past your apartment to check your mail instead of it being inside of your building is a minor inconvenience. Verified Renter As a new resident, I've found the staff to be very friendly and helpful. The washer and dryer in unit are so convenient for everyday life. The unit is roomier than I expected and I am looking forward to lighting our first fire in the fireplace. Zero complaints so far on our choice of apartment home ??

Verified Renter Not horrible but could be nicer grounds. Nicer plantings around the complex instead of just by the office. Get people to pick up after their dogs. I always pick up…not hard to do.

Verified Renter My apartment is ok. Just that. My vents were painted over so my main bedroom is significantly colder than every other room. The walls are thin. You can hear everything from ppl in the hallway talking to in their apartment. Maintenance has yet to come and fix my closet doors or screens which have been damaged since I first moved in. Overall not a bad place but needs improvement.

Verified Renter The community is very friendly, and quiet for the most part, other than the planes, but it’s nice and depending on your decorative style you can make your home very cozy, so far the stay here has been very pleasant
