Its alright, poor paint/drywall/vent/carpet foundations ! Firstly, I was lied to for a quick commission before he left the job- the day I received my keys is when I was able to see the place (I tried seeing it before hand). I have photos and videos of everything and I'm not sure if things like the wall coming apart in every room can be fixed but I'm uncomfortable looking at it daily knowing I may be to blame when its time to move. New Management New Attitude This complex just underwent a management change and the new staff has major attitude issues. Previous management was kind and cared about their tenants. These new people are not helpful, not knowledgable, aggressive, and have increased rent while decreasing amenities such as cable tv. Verified Renter Walls are thin, parking is terrible, people stop their car in the middle of the road and block the flow of traffic. The idea that some residents can pay extra for reserved parking is ridiculous because that takes away from other residents that cannot afford a reserved spot. Might as well just assign parking for each apartment.
Verified Renter I love my apartment here at Seneca. Bay, the maintenance and people at the rental office are so nice. The neighborhood is clean and quiet. I wouldn't want to live anywhere else besides Santa Claus.
