I lived here for 2 years and absolutely loved it! Ron is the absolute best, he is attentive, fair, honest, and I felt extremely safe in that building knowing he was the landlord. Im in Charlotte now and I still think about this apartment - nothing has beat it! Shoutout to Ron, hope he’s doing well!!
I lived here for two years during med school and I loved it. The building manager Ron is a great guy and he always works to keep the property spotless and the tenants happy. I wouldn’t be leaving unless I had to for medical rotations!
I lived here for two years. From June of 2023 to June of 2025. I only lived there for a short time due to work, no other reason. I actually really enjoyed living here. I had a one bedroom and it was VERY spacious! The cost for what you get vs. what other apartment complexes in the area are charging, it's incomparable! Very low cost, even compared to living in the suburbs! Depending on if the unit you get comes with a parking spot, you can choose to pay for their gated parking. We've been here for about 10 years and have been loving it. The building is clean, well maintained, and Ron has been an absolute pleasure to have as a property manager. The other tenants in the building are also nice and respectful. Living at The McCallum has been great to us!
