I lived here for two years. From June of 2023 to June of 2025. I only lived there for a short time due to work, no other reason. I actually really enjoyed living here. I had a one bedroom and it was VERY spacious! The cost for what you get vs. what other apartment complexes in the area are charging, it's incomparable! Very low cost, even compared to living in the suburbs! Depending on if the unit you get comes with a parking spot, you can choose to pay for their gated parking. We've been here for about 10 years and have been loving it. The building is clean, well maintained, and Ron has been an absolute pleasure to have as a property manager. The other tenants in the building are also nice and respectful. Living at The McCallum has been great to us!
Ron is a great building manager, I am very happy living here. He is always there to help when I need it. He is kind and looks out for the residents in the building. Any issue I have had has been resolved quickly and efficiently.
