Absolutely loved my time at The McCallum! I lived here for quite a while and can’t recommend it enough. The building is old but very well taken care of, and the neighborhood is truly wonderful. A huge shoutout to Ron, the building manager, who makes all the difference. He’s always attentive, quick to fix any issues, and truly cares about making sure everything runs smoothly for the tenants. Ron goes above and beyond for the residents, he makes sure we all feel safe and secure in the building. He checks in with us to maintain community in the building. Maintenance is always done in a timely manner, and the building is kept clean. Overall the McCallum is safe, unique, and a great place to live :)
Fixes things very promptly, friendly, looks out for the safety of residence, and he is one of the reasons I stay as a tenant. This is from the tenant named Sally Gardner (I wasn’t able to use my phone to fill this in).
Manager Ron is very nice. He addresses any complaints and maintenance issues in a timely manner. The building is well maintained.
Ron at the McCallum is very helpful and responsive to all tenant needs!
