This place is Amazing! Beautiful, elegant and they treat the residents with the upmost respect. Maitainance is on point every time we’ve needed something! The property management is absolutely the BEST!!!!!! Amenities are life!!! Love it here!!!!
I moved in towards the end of last summer, I noticed that the AC was not blowing as cold in my room as the rest of the apartment. I had maintenance come in and I was told "This is the way the apartment was designed, we opened the vent more and I recommend to set your fan to highest setting". Basically my room is always about 4 degrees hotter than the rest of the apartment. I had to sit the apartment to just 68 degrees to make livable in my room. Walls are paper thin. Shortly after former manager Brianne Kocher left in 2018, management has become oblivious to and uncaring of needs of residents. Brianne was so professional, warm, approachable, and genuinely caring of others. We have had a rough year with dealing with many medical needs of our son, and never once has anyone reached out to try and be even remotely personable. I was working with the UF Mover Guys company...we had been contracted to move some items for the residence, it was a very pleasant experience working with Jasmine, Madison and Brianne they were all very helpful and very funny as well I’m sure anyone who gets a chance to work with them or anyone else at the Mayfair will have a very pleasant experience, we definitely did!
I love that this complex cares about and supports their community!!!!
