all they did was throw paint over mildew walls , changed a few carpets , renamed the complex... it is no different from oakmont of Algiers.. the favorable comments you see are from the employees who work there...
RecommendedOMG! Krystal is THE BEST LEASING AGENT I have ever ran across. From the door to the chairs my wife and I felt welcomed. She answered every single question with enough professionalism to blow you away. We are both military and loved everything about the Mayfair. By far a great experience. I signed my lease a year ago next week. I had a leak just before Christmas because the hot water heater had an issue. Within moments Mr. Terry and Mr. Clyde were in my apartment fixing the leak and cleaning up the water that was dripping down the wall. They are fantastic! I did have to wait until the beginning of February for the contractor to come in and repair the wall, but in the end I love the professionalism I get from the office and staff!!! The area the apartments are in is great! Krystal was very helpful and enthusiastic! A section of the apartments are going through a thorough remodeling project and the next few months are full of upcoming amenities. Mayfair is doing it right!
Krystal and Tiffany are amazing people ! I love it here. The newer apartments are beautiful. I love how they try to get the community involved also. 5 stars isn’t enough in my opinion.
It’s very quiet a lot of room
I was searching for months for a spacious, safe, affordable and clean community for me and my son and that’s exactly what I found at The Mayfair Apartment Homes. I would like to shout out Krystal and Tiffany for being so polite, kind, and informative. As I was waiting for the apartment to be available Krystal was quick to attend to any questions that arise. When we first met Krystle and saw the apartments we really enjoyed her enthusiasm for her job. We needed the bigger of the few they had available and we got lucky! Since we moved in the end of February I had 2 leaks from an upstairs bathroom and within 10 minutes each time Clyde was right there to check it out. Both times he repaired the issue the very next day as the leaks happened late in the evening. Both were separate issues.
