Attempted to reach anyone after hours and did not get an answer or a call back. I hope the resident that has a dead battery and a flooded car sees this.
RecommendedThere are many things I love but a few that drive me to drink. 1. Door Contest was a porc/ walkway contest (sorry for being petty) 2. Never know when the pool is open 3. People freely dump trash in the parking lot 4.I moved in in the the first week of June and the washer didn’t work. It was repaired until a month later. It stopped working 2weeks ago and I am now going into week 3, with no known solution in site. Washer/Dryer was a requirement when looking for a place but I should have said a operable on.
It doesn’t make sense to participate in any contest because the same people (lady) wins and it’s sad. I don’t care if she got on Fb and gave @the mayfair apartment homes a good rating how their the best and all that! Just be fair! Because other residents are just as important! Was it a door contest or porch contest? Please let me know!

I had a leak and some mold issues a few weeks ago. I hadn’t heard anything from the office, so I posted it on here. After the correspondence with the office I was finally able to move out of the mold infested apartment. I have continued to live at MayFair because I feel safe and the apartments are suitable to my lifestyle. Also our pool was just finished and it is GLORIOUS. I have lived here 2 years now and I love everything about this company and community. They just put in an amazing pool. The playground is like nothing you’ve ever seen. The staff is very sweet and they are always willing to help.They have very nice events for the residents and even give us dinner gift cards! I’m in no rush to move. Plus I have the best balcony in the complex lol
Look at the pictures from below. I have been a resident at The MayFair since Dec 2017. I have called them multiple times in the last year about this crack and mold in my apartment. The first resolution was to put a trash can underneath it, the second one was to send someone over. They looked at it and I haven’t heard anything back. The mold has caused me to have multiple issues with my asthma and wellness. This is ridiculous. I will not recommend anyone to live here. These pictures were taken June 8, 2020 at 9:15 am.
Don't be deceived by the appearance of the property very good on the eyes but what lies beneath is the issue! I moved into these apartments in mid March and started having issues within two weeks! this property is termite infested and i have had them eating holes through my bedroom walls, I've had to cover vents, shower heads due to the termites, it has been one nightmare after another and all you hear from management or office staff is were getting to it but your issue never gets resolved! tenants have rights and I am prepa... read more
