You can’t even get in the building with a self guided tour why is it even an option.
Just moved into the Maxwell and my leasing agent Ivette was the best part of the process. She kept in-touch from beginning to the end. The apartment is beautiful and I am very happy so far. Thanks Ivette for being so awesome!!
I just wanted to post some positive feedback for Lewis Allen who is a Maitenance Supervisor. Lewis is one of the best and Maxwell is lucky to have him. Always friendly, loves on our dog, does a fantastic job and I could go on and on. Not sure if there is a level above supervisor but I would highly recommend a promotion for Lewis!
We lived there for years dealing with NO Water, No hot water, fire alarms forcing you to stand outside in all weather a dozen times a year, and broken trash compactors. Don’t bother! Plenty of there places to live.
The staff was very helpful and answered every question I had before moving into my place, I would recommend this place to friends 10 out 10 times..my only complaint is my unit doesn't have a linen closet, but other's do
