It was just not that great calamari was overcooked and he just wasn't our taste
Was in Boise for business and got a couple recommendations from locals and Matador was top of the list. Stopped in on Monday, they don't take reservations but they said Monday is fairly slow so we shouldn't have a problem. We walked in and got seated instantly. Very friendly staff who gave us great recommendations from the food and drink menu. I ordered the carne asada and it did not disappoint! Skirt steak grilled at a perfect medium rare. I used doordash after driving from California... food was frigid cold wet and not edible... so gross
