All of the cupcakes (the cake part) are exactly the same. The only thing different is the frosting (which is good). Might as well specialize in the frosting alone (and not sell cake). Motto should be "Come in and buy our frosting (by itself) rather than our bland, flavorless cakes"
Was excited to try out the West side location and came for a drop in shake...it took the girl way too long to make them. We were there for 20min or more as a line started to form. People started to leave bc of how long it took. Maybe have at least 2 ppl working. I felt bad for her.
Excellent place however, you guys should update your hours of operation on FB for it says you open at 9am and even though there is someone already present you don’t open or answer the phone till 10am.

Well when the store states it opens at 9 and I have been waiting for 15-20 minutes to open. I was looking forward to cupcakes from here but disappointed with false advertising of hours of operations. It was an inconvenience and waste of time coming all this way.
I have been waiting for over 30 minutes for them to open. I’ve never encountered a business that did not want to sell. There’s no sign of anyone being inside preparing to open. They simply chose not to open today when their holiday hours clearly said they would be open. This is a real shame and scam. I gave the place a chance after all the negative reviews I’ve read. I should have believed the reviews. This place ain’t worth it.

Nothing but the best cupcakes El Paso has to offer and the most caring of staff to go out there way and assure the customers get delivered that deliciousness El Paso has to offer, God bless y’all for it ❤️
selling old, and dry cupcakes is not okay + the customer service is awful, i’m definitely not coming back.
