i placed an order a week in advance fora party , left a deposit after the employee confirmed with management that the order could be filled. I show up to pick up my order and come to find out my order was cancelled with no notification. Their excuse was that the employee was fired( like that excuses them.from filling my order). Hi Alma, we apologize for this inconvenience. This is not a feedback we usually receive. I do see you have buttercream flavors in which after leaving in the fridge, it could harden a little. Buttercream is recommended to be left out or if place in the fridge, for them to cool down a couple of minutes. We are so sorry this wasn’t explain to you and hope you can give us a second chance.
They do not follow their hours of operation, there is a sign with the updated hours I guess due to covid where it clearly states they close at 8:00 on Sundays went there at 6:20 pm the girl told us it was closed

I went to the new one on the westside today and I picked up an order that was waiting for me. I ordered 2 milkshakes and the gentleman that was making them got his shirt all dirty....I felt so bad but he was an awesome gentleman about it. please everyone if you're looking for some amazing cupcakes and milkshakes they have the best ever.
Very good and tasty and not just cupcakes, macaroons, cake pops. Nice variety.🧁❤️🧁😋
The cupcakes are great but customer service is awful (East side) went there last month the girl got irritated with us just walking in. Gave us the wrong cupcakes and looked irritated when asked about the flavors. But the cupcakes were good.
