This place looks nice from the outside, but the service is terrible. My roommate and I applied here months ago and have followed up SO MANY times. By the time they got back to us, the unit we applied for was already booked. Told us they would review our application then get back to us by the end of the day (they told us that several times and never called). Not even worth applying for, save your money from the application fee.
We only lived here a year but it was not anything to do with the apartments or staff. The staff here couldn't have been nicer anytime we interacted with them. We only had one maintenance issue, the ice maker, and they took care of it right away. They were great with our small dog. They kept us informed of anything by email through the resident portal or by text message. The staff made living here much better than any other apartment complex I have ever lived in. I honestly don't have a negative thing to say.
Pésima atencion
I lived here many years ago when the area was more desirable. But I have moved back and I’m very happy. This is not a nice neighborhood but this is the only complex I would live in for the area. I love the grounds and it’s by Sahms park and the Monon trail. My apartment is nice and affordable. The buildings are fob access only. I have no real security concerns.
