Where to start with masters. On the outside it looks pleasant, nice ponds and standard apartment accommodations of pool and gym. However, the pleasantries stop there. The place is rife with poor communication and major turnover of staff both within the leasing office and on their maintenance team. LISTEN TO THE BAD REVIEWS AND RUN FROM THIS PLACE!!!! Managers stole money from my brother’s rent and marked as flagged. Never got his money back and masters did not even offer to fix this issue due to their staff stealing our money order. I will never recommend this apartments not even to my worst enemy.
Two cars towed. Neither my fault. Cars have been turned in previously. It's a scam going on between indy towing, Apts, and possibly the city. Apts are terribly outdated for the cost. Plus many other things. The good emergency maintenance is responsive, they try and keep the grounds looking good.
