My experience with this apartment complex has been disappointing, primarily due to poor communication from management. A critical issue arose regarding the 60-day written notice to vacate. The complex failed to send the correct email outlining the proper procedure, which led to confusion on my end. First, I want to say that I went to the office this morning to speak with someone about my concerns and I was told that they didn't have time to speak with me because they were so busy catching up from the long weekend. So my hopes here are to give others fair warning if you're looking to move here and to get the attention from someone at the corporate office, since local management is too busy, to discuss finding a better parking space (that I pay $40 extra a month for). This place looks nice from the outside, but the service is terrible. My roommate and I applied here months ago and have followed up SO MANY times. By the time they got back to us, the unit we applied for was already booked. Told us they would review our application then get back to us by the end of the day (they told us that several times and never called). Not even worth applying for, save your money from the application fee.
We only lived here a year but it was not anything to do with the apartments or staff. The staff here couldn't have been nicer anytime we interacted with them. We only had one maintenance issue, the ice maker, and they took care of it right away. They were great with our small dog. They kept us informed of anything by email through the resident portal or by text message. The staff made living here much better than any other apartment complex I have ever lived in. I honestly don't have a negative thing to say.
