Marygrace was very professional and informative. We trusted her completely with the listing and the closing. We ran into some issues with title work and although it seemed very complicated Marygrace navigated the process and eased both us and the buyers minds. Altogether a great experience. Wonderful agent! Dedicated to finding your perfect home! Seasoned pro who knows this real estate market frontwards & backwards. Being a first-time buyer, the type of home I told her I wanted was too broad, but she showed me many types so I could better define my criteria.
