We worked with Marygrace Liparoto this summer to sell our home, and we couldn't have been more pleased! I without hesitation recommend Marygrace. She sold my place in a slow market within a short period of time. She was always very responsive and walked me through every step. In addition I had already moved out of state when the closing occurred and there were some cliches due to my absence and Marygrace went beyond the call of duty to help with transactions that without her having done so would have led to the deal falling through. I have used Marygrace now for 3 home sales and all 3 times we were able to set the market in the neighborhood for either price of price/sqft sold. She brings a wealth of knowledge and is great at negotiation to ensure maximum dollar amount. She has great ideas on how to stage the house to bring top dollar.
