Rooms above the lobby (indoor rooms) are nice. Bathroom is nice, but small. No pool or "extras" but price reflects that. Not as hard to find as others indicated... those darned MI left turns!

I likely would not have chosen this place as a drive-by traveler, but I booked it on the internet sight unseen. I'm glad I did, because the price was reasonable and I slept well. Still, I think others should know that this is not a "normal" type of hotel, but one that's kind of quirky and different.
It was modern, the bed and furnishings looked new and very stylish - great shower and nice clean bathroom. Unfortunately there was a party going on - on our floor at 4am which spoilt it - even though the night staff were helpful in trying to stop it! Other than that unfortunate episode.. we really enjoyed this place
We had three nights there and I thought the price was quite reasonable.
We reserved 4 rooms on line for the Final Four in April. This was the best deal in town!
Great room, granite bathroom - great shower. Great bed. Outside seemed a little shabby, but inside was totally different. My advice - make sure to check the map, very confusing to get to and we got totally turned around every time we returned to the Inn. Straight shot down 10 to Tiger stadium, just getting off and making way to hotel on service road that totally confused us.
I was amazed at the rooms and customer service the front desk clerk janette was extremely friendly, helpful, and so warm and refreshing, she made us feel like we were at home. im from virginia beach i own ginos pizzeria and i will be back as well as refer my friends and family thank you for the pleasure of being a guest at marvins garden inn "amazing"
The rooms were clean and new granite bathroom, with granite in the hallway. Water pressure and temp was good in the shower. On checking in the receptionist was very friendly and helpful and we had no problems with the check in or check out.
