Residents should be aware that the new management is trying to steal from them. The new management will not provide a monthly ledger to show residents what they are paying for in each months rent. There are random fees and charges being applied to my account, and the only way I found out is because I went to the office and requested a ledger. If you move here you better hope anything that happens to your apartment happens during their "flexible" office hours. They DO NOT GIVE A DIME ABOUT YOU OR ANY FLOODING, CLOGGING, HOMELESS GUEST ANYTHING OUTSIDE OF 8 HOURS OUT OF THE DAY. AWFUL. AWFUL. AWFUL. PLACE TO LIVE.
I absolutely love living here. It’s a great community and it literally has everything you need. It’s walking distance from downtown and It’s a perfect location. The staff is super helpful and friendly. If your looking for a great place to live the Marq at RiNo is the place for you! Anyone giving a bad review seriously has unrealistic expectations and I would love to see what they consider 5 star because it’s probably nowhere. Everything from the amenities to the luxurious apartment homes this place is amazing!
Note the first review (the only 5 star) is from someone who works here. From an actual resident, there are constant fire alarms in the middle of the night, 4 in two years that took them over 2 hours to shut off not just the alarm but also the flashing strobes in every room in the complex. Good luck sleeping. Parking is terrible. No one is in the office during hours that residents need them 10-6??? Consider your options.
