Our apartment (B5) is spacious and have a very nice kitchen with good storage. However, amenities around the building (elevators, garage doors, BBQs, call boxes, etc.) are frequently broken and our apartment was not thoroughly cleaned before we moved in. There was caked-on layers of dust, dirt and hair on carpets and in bathroom (gross) that we had to clean ourselves, despite being told that the apartment was cleaned twice and carpets replaced prior to us moving in. Management is terrible. Amenities are frequently out of service, including but not limited to - the pool, hot tub, garage doors, and gym air conditioning. Repairs take a significant amount of time. Yet, you will still pay for common space utilities and amenity fees, regardless of whether or not the amenities are available and properly functioning. Also, package delivery is nightmare.
Management and some in the leasing office are quite possibly the worst people on the planet.
Don't waste your time here. Management sucks, no one responds to anything the second they get you to sign the lease.
Amazing building! Phenomenal amenities and great service
I have had an (almost) laughably horrible experience in this complex under the new management. This has required me to spend hours upon hours tracking down resolutions to my issues, the first of which happened in early June, and I still don’t have final resolutions on two related issues. (They have hired new maintenance staff since these issues occurred and the new guy is THE BEST. 5/5 stars for him alone.)
